“Pilates is teaching me the power of small movements.”
I’m learning how my body craves to be heard, strengthened, healed, and thriving , as opposed to the intense/high impact practices society steeps us in. Grateful for the shift in perspective through real experience. Thank you for delivering that.

I’m a beginner. What class should I take?
Most of our group classes are designed to accommodate a range of levels, including beginner. Beginners with no experience are welcome in any class except those marked “level 2” or “advanced.” If you have special medical considerations, injuries, or severe mobility limitations, we suggest beginning with a private session so we can determine the best class choices for your goals.

We have a number of classes each week. Visit our schedule page for the current line up!
Start on the schedule page or download the studio pro app. Click “create an account” on the top of the calendar. Follow the prompts to set up your client account. Once you are logged in you can sign up for your first class right on the same page.
You can purchase classes as a “drop in”, a “punch card” (multiple classes with flexible booking options) or a full session (same class each week) for the best price.
Our class schedule changes from semester to semester. Semesters run for multiple weeks with a scheduled break in between. Upcoming semesters in 2025:
Summer 2: July 14 – August 8

What is Pilates?
Pilates is a system of exercise created by physical fitness enthusiast (and former boxer) Joseph Pilates in the 20th century. The Pilates method focuses on developing balanced strength and flexibility through the whole body. Exercises use a combination of bodyweight and spring based resistance.
Pilates exercises can be practiced on a mat with no equipment at all, or with apparatuses (“machines”) designed specifically for Pilates training. It can be adapted for almost any level of fitness and is excellent for injury prevention, body awareness and stress relief.
How often should I do Pilates?
The frequency and intensity in which you should practice Pilates depends on your individual needs, goals and lifestyle. On average, our clients tend to experience the most benefits from Pilates by taking 2 -3 classes per week. Many of our clients take 1 -2 classes a week in studio, and supplement with home workouts.
Can I join at any time?
YES! No need to wait for the start of a new session or semester. New clients are always welcome.
What do I need for class?
Just yourself! Wear comfortable clothing that won’t get in your way. Grippy socks (socks with the non-slip grips on the bottom) are required for reformer classes.
A note about shorts: Keep in mind you will be bending over, stretching, and even going upside down! Shorts tend to not provide as much coverage as leggings or pants. Do with that information what you will.
We provide all props and mats needed. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you have one you love!
