Can I book appointments online?
At this time, we are not accepting online bookings for private appointments. Please reach out to us directly to schedule your session.
What are your rates?
Each instructor sets their own rate. Sessions start at $65 for a single 50 minute appointment. Pricing is subject to change.
What days and times do you offer private training?
Keirsten teaches private clients on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Private sessions with Sarah meet Wednesdays or Fridays.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee. There is no charge for cancellations made with more than 24 hour’s notice.
